Bags We’re Shopping Now
The thing about purses is you can’t have just one. It’s impossible to expect that of any fashion focused individual so instead of narrowing down to just one bag you need for summer, we’re giving ourselves some grace and choosing three. As we slide into summer it’s the perfect opportunity for a wardrobe refresher and that includes our accessories as well. Whether you're looking for something stylish yet practical, or a statement piece to elevate your outfit, here are three bags you need to shop for in 2024.
This summer we’re really into tote bags and it’s not just to haul our sandals and SPF to the beach. As we’ve noticed “normal dressing” is on the rise again and what’s more sobering than a tote bag? Six pockets? Great. Inside storage for our laptops? Even better. Oversized fit? Exactly what we’re looking for. We love how versatile this bag is and how we can style it dressed up or in a casual fashion as well.
Next, we want a super chic belt bag. Something circa Carrie Bradshaw in season three of Sex and the City. The complete opposite of our bulky tote, it is a great addition to our list because of its hands-free capability and sleekness. A monogram print, leather and/or suede texture are all possibilities for various shopping options this summer.
Finally, but certainly not least we’re adding a mini backpack to our shopping agenda. Everything looks better (and cuter) in miniature form, right? We’re not buying a backpack this time around for our school books, no, we’re buying this mini bag to hold our sunglasses and festival tickets for a summer of fun. Plus, who doesn’t love to accessorize these with cute keychains and scarves? We know we do.
