Slide Into These Slides For Vacation
This summer I’m ditching my thong sandals for slides. I’ve subscribed for too long to these sandals that are frankly, not as comfortable as they’ve been previously advertised. It seems that I am not the only one because as I’ve observed street style these last few months I’ve seen more and more “slides” as they are affectionately called hitting the pavement. To be honest I think that slides have way more variety when it comes to different styles and they are way more fun to style because of this reason.
When it comes to the slide sandal there’s more room for embellishment. Such is the case for these Gucci GG Marmont Flat Slide Sandals that have the classic “GG” monogram across the front. I also really like these Dior Canvas Embroidered Dway Mules that have the very trendy Dior logo in the blue and white canvas material. Who said that slides had to be a bulky and lazy shoe? I also didn’t know that slides could even be heels, but it’s true. These Bottega Veneta Twisted Padded Intrecciato slide heels in the very summer-y baby blue color also makes for a very chic slide choice.
