If They Say Life is About Perspective…Try a 360 View
I was sitting in the park the other day and reflecting. It seems like that’s inevitable when you’re out in nature and alone and before you know it your brain starts to wander to places you didn’t tell it to. I was thinking about how life is always thought of in a linear sense. One foot in front of the other for however many years you’re able to live. But life isn’t really actually a simple forwards and backwards, linear pathway but rather should be thought of as a 360 degree spectrum. I imagine I’m standing atop a giant hill and if I turn slowly I can see all of my past and future memories spread out all around me. Living life can seem so daunting but when I imagine my life this way (past, present and future), it seems so fulfilling and exciting. Perspective is a hell of a thing, huh?
